Special seminar with Dr. Ian Bremmer
On October 22, 2024, we held a special seminar with Dr. Ian Bremmer (President and Founder, Eurasia Group and GZERO Media), one of the world's leading experts in geopolitics.
Over 200 people attended the seminar, both at the venue and online.
The first part of the seminar consisted of a lecture by Dr. Bremmer on geopolitical risks, including the invasion of Ukraine, issues in the Middle East, the U.S. presidential election, and the U.S.-China rivalry, and a Q&A session with the participants.
In the second part, a panel discussion was held with Rick Waters, Managing Director, China, Eurasia Group; Naoko Eto, Senior Fellow & Group Head, China, Institute of Geopolitics/Professor, Department of Political Science, Gakushuin University; Mitsunobu Koshiba, Co-Chair of Economic Security Committee (Moderator: Jun Suzuki, vice Chairperson and chairperson of the Geopolitical Risk Study Committee).
